- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Perfecto/BlazeMeter at Perforce Software, you will drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-grade testing solutions to large organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering DevOps teams worldwide with best-in-class tools.
- • Day to day, you will prospect, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts, manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation, collaborate with sales engineers and product teams to tailor solutions, and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM systems.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team within Perforce’s DevOps division, supporting industry-leading products like Perfecto for mobile and web testing and BlazeMeter for performance testing, trusted by over 75% of the Fortune 100.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise software sales, refine consultative selling techniques, build strategic relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders, and achieve top-tier performance in a fast-growing market, positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales or leadership roles.

- • Proven track record of success in enterprise software or technology sales, with experience selling complex solutions to large organizations.
- • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles, navigate executive-level conversations, and close deals in competitive environments.
- • Experience selling DevOps, testing, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
