  • • n8n is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our growth in a defined enterprise territory across the West Coast. This pivotal role involves building a robust sales pipeline, landing significant net-new logos, and strategically expanding our presence within key enterprise accounts. You will be instrumental in driving n8n's mission to empower technical teams with the freedom of code and the speed of no-code, enabling them to automate faster, smarter, and without limitations.
  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle for complex, full-cycle enterprise deals (FTE 2,500+). This includes meticulously uncovering deep technical and business needs, adeptly aligning multiple stakeholders across various departments, guiding customers through thorough evaluations, and ultimately closing high-impact deals that can range from six to seven figures. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • • Proactive pipeline generation is a cornerstone of this role. You will be expected to source at least 50% of your pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, meticulous territory planning, and insightful account planning. This involves identifying target accounts, understanding their unique challenges, and crafting compelling outreach strategies that resonate with their specific business objectives and technical landscapes.
  • • A structured and disciplined sales methodology is crucial. You will leverage frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to conduct deep discovery and qualification. This rigorous approach ensures you uncover critical information about pain points, business impact, decision-making processes, key decision criteria, and confirm genuine evidence of need before forecasting opportunities. This methodology ensures a high degree of forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to closing. This encompasses conducting initial discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, facilitating technical validation and evaluation processes, developing persuasive proposals, navigating procurement and legal hurdles, and expertly negotiating terms to secure agreements.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the ability to translate complex technical value propositions into tangible business outcomes. You will articulate how n8n's advanced automation and AI capabilities directly address customer challenges, leading to measurable improvements in efficiency, significant risk reduction, and accelerated speed-to-delivery for their critical projects.
  • • Success in enterprise sales requires adept stakeholder management. You will orchestrate multi-threaded engagement across a diverse range of stakeholders, including identifying and nurturing champions, engaging technical evaluators, collaborating with security and procurement teams, and influencing economic buyers. Your ability to maintain momentum and mitigate stall risks within these complex deal structures will be paramount.
  • • Developing and driving Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) with customers is essential for collaborative success. These plans will clearly define next steps, key milestones, and shared accountability from the very first engagement through to contract signature, ensuring alignment and a smooth path to implementation.
  • • Maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene, ensuring forecast accuracy, and keeping detailed, up-to-date account notes within our CRM (Salesforce) are non-negotiable. Clear, early, and consistent communication regarding deal risks, progress, and next steps is vital for internal alignment and strategic planning.
  • • Close collaboration with internal teams is critical. You will partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success to accelerate deal cycles, provide seamless customer handoffs, and identify opportunities for future expansion and upsell.
  • • You will act as a brand ambassador for n8n, representing the company at industry events and engaging within the market. Building credibility with both technical communities and enterprise leaders across the West Coast will be a key part of establishing n8n's presence and driving demand. This may involve customer travel as needed to foster relationships and close deals.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing, product-led SaaS company.
