📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Flagright, you will drive revenue growth and scale the company's presence across North America by owning the full enterprise sales cycle for complex deals with financial institutions, fintechs, and banks.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing deals from discovery through close, building pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts, delivering high-credibility product demos, representing Flagright at industry events, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and POCs.
- • Flagright is a lean, high-performance AI operating system for financial crime compliance used by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, and fast-growing startups, operating with high individual ownership, direct access to leadership, and a culture of minimal bureaucracy and asynchronous communication.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial crime compliance, refine consultative sales techniques, coach junior team members, influence sales and product strategy, and gain equity from day one at a Y Combinator-backed startup while working alongside top-tier talent from AWS, Palantir, and similar organizations.
