- • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers in Singapore, from initial lead engagement through negotiation, contract finalization, and closure
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise decision-makers, understanding their AI agent challenges and demonstrating how LangChain’s products solve real-world production needs
- • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives by collaborating closely with sales engineers and product experts to deliver tangible demonstrations of LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Agent Builder value
- • Stay current on product updates, generative AI advancements, and enterprise adoption trends to educate prospects and position LangChain as the industry standard
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with technical teams at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups including Replit, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, and Vanta
- • Negotiate complex pricing structures and contract terms, coordinating with legal teams to finalize agreements while ensuring alignment with company guidelines
- • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights, directly influencing roadmap priorities for engineering and product teams
- • Collaborate with customer success and deployment teams to ensure seamless adoption and retention post-sale
- • Contribute to the development and iteration of LangChain’s sales playbook, helping define best practices for enterprise GTM motion in the AI agent space
- • Drive pipeline growth by identifying new enterprise opportunities across industries adopting AI agents at scale
- • Represent LangChain at industry events, customer meetings, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and credibility in the APAC region
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to align messaging, prioritize features, and accelerate customer success
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales pipeline with high precision, ensuring visibility for leadership and alignment with company growth targets
- • Act as a key voice of the customer, surfacing pain points and feature requests to improve product usability and enterprise scalability
- • Operate in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment with autonomy to shape sales strategy and adapt tactics based on real-time market feedback
- • Embody LangChain’s mission by helping teams transition from AI prototypes to production-ready intelligent agents with reliability and scale
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise customers
- • Proven track record of closing large, technical enterprise deals in AI, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- • Strong technical acumen with ability to establish credibility with engineers, architects, and technical leadership
- • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and consultative sales skills
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments
- • Passion for generative AI and interest in helping customers adopt AI agent technology
