  • • Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, from initial lead engagement through negotiation, closing, and post-sale adoption of LangChain’s AI agent platform products
  • • Act as a trusted technical advisor to decision-makers at cutting-edge enterprises, understanding their AI agent development challenges and demonstrating how LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Agent Builder solve real-world production needs
  • • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts to validate tangible value and accelerate customer adoption
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with LangChain’s product updates, generative AI trends, and competitive landscape to educate prospects and shape industry conversations around enterprise AI agent deployment
  • • Build and nurture long-term relationships with technical teams at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups including Replit, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, and Cloudflare
  • • Negotiate complex pricing structures and contract terms, working closely with legal teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance
  • • Translate customer feedback and product usage insights into actionable input for product and engineering teams to influence future roadmap priorities and user experience improvements
  • • Contribute to the development and iteration of LangChain’s go-to-market strategy, sales playbook, and enterprise sales processes as the company scales
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption
  • • Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, strategic account planning, and consistent follow-up in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
  • • Represent LangChain at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen brand authority and expand market presence among technical teams deploying AI agents at scale
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving product features and market demands, maintaining credibility with CTOs, engineering leads, and AI product managers
  • • Balance multiple enterprise deals simultaneously while maintaining high standards of responsiveness, precision, and customer-centricity
  • • Contribute to defining regional GTM motion for Southern California, leveraging local enterprise relationships and AI ecosystem dynamics
  • • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems and internal reporting tools
  • • Stay informed on AI adoption patterns across industries including finance, healthcare, logistics, and tech to tailor value propositions effectively
  • • Serve as a liaison between enterprise customers and LangChain’s internal teams to ensure product-market alignment and customer success
  • • Maintain a strong bias for action and follow-through, consistently moving deals forward despite ambiguity or complex technical buyer journeys
  • • Engage with 35% of the Fortune 500 and high-growth startups using LangChain’s open-source and platform tools to expand enterprise adoption
  • • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction while upholding LangChain’s mission to make intelligent agents ubiquitous
