- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic at Asana, you will drive revenue growth by selling 6- and 7-figure deals to the world’s leading companies, focusing on strategic account planning and execution with Fortune 500 clients.
- • You will define account strategies in partnership with Sales Engineers, SDRs, CSMs, Professional Services, and Exec Sponsors to increase sales velocity and navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes to close deals with C-level decision makers.
- • As part of Asana’s growing Revenue group, you will help define, test, and scale a sales model that balances bottoms-up adoption with top-down enterprise positioning, contributing to the company’s mission of enabling human + AI collaboration at scale.
- • You will have opportunities for mentorship and leadership within the sales organization, sharing best practices and guiding peers while developing expertise in selling Asana’s platform across Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, Operations, and IT functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years’ experience as an account executive in both new logo and expansion motions
- • 5+ years selling software at the Enterprise level
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 500 senior line-of-business and IT executives
- • Experience penetrating and managing a book of Named Accounts
- • Desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility and passion for the full revenue lifecycle of Asana’s customer base
