  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Miro in the UK/I region, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth by landing new business and expanding our largest enterprise accounts. This role is pivotal to Miro's go-to-market strategy, offering a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base across a wide array of industries and fields. You will operate within a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success and Solution Engineering teams to develop and execute strategic sales cycles. Your efforts will directly contribute to Miro's mission of empowering teams to create the next big thing by ensuring our innovative visual workspace becomes an integral part of how businesses operate and collaborate.
  • • In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around identifying and pursuing net new opportunities within our existing enterprise customer base, focusing on expanding Miro's footprint across various lines of business. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic account plans designed to motivate and align internal company resources towards achieving expansion goals. A key aspect of your work will involve breaking into new personas and identifying incremental use cases within accounts, thereby driving deeper adoption and value realization. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data within our CRM system, which is essential for informing future growth strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of our sales efforts. Your goal will be to create exceptional customer experiences by acting as a Miro product expert and consulting with customers to precisely identify their needs and pain points, ensuring Miro becomes an indispensable part of their collaborative ecosystem. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, requiring a strategic mindset to navigate complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-suite executives, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business objectives and how Miro can contribute to their achievement.
