- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Asana, you will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, understand evolving client needs, and craft value-driven plans to unlock the full potential of established partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will navigate complex account landscapes, leverage data to optimize solutions and identify new use cases, anticipate roadmaps and objections, drive revenue growth through negotiation and data-driven insights, partner with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and serve as a trusted advisor from C-level to end-users.
- • You will join Asana’s sales team in Dublin, contributing to a company recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace for 7+ years and a leader in human + AI collaboration, operating with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; Wednesday optional remote; Friday dependent on team needs).
- • In this role, you will master enterprise sales strategies, refine your ability to build compelling cases for change, lead multi-threaded sales processes, and grow your expertise in value-based selling and AI-enabled productivity tools while driving significant revenue impact and professional development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of direct enterprise sales experience and 8+ years’ total experience closing business
- • Proven ability to consistently attain high quotas, particularly in Enterprise SaaS
- • Experience uncovering hidden potential in established enterprise accounts to drive exponential growth
- • Skill in cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders, with a bias toward action
- • Exceptional ability to uncover business needs and build a compelling case for change
- • Experience leading multi-threaded sales processes with thoughtful planning and internal coordination
- • Familiarity with value-based sales approaches and passion for enabling meaningful outcomes
- • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
