- • Flagright is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the United States. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Flagright's footprint across the North American market. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be entrusted with significant ownership, managing the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery to successful closing. Your primary objective will be to secure complex deals with leading fintechs, banks, and other financial institutions, leveraging your expertise to demonstrate the unparalleled value of Flagright's AI operating system for financial crime compliance.
- • In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing a robust sales pipeline, proactively engaging with potential clients, and operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the financial crime compliance landscape, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, as well as the specific operational needs of compliance and risk management teams within various financial institutions. You will be expected to travel across North America to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and other crucial networking events, representing Flagright as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve developing profound expertise in Flagright's cutting-edge platform. This includes mastering its capabilities in transaction monitoring, screening, risk management, and investigations. You will be adept at delivering compelling, value-driven product demonstrations and engaging in consultative sales conversations that clearly articulate how Flagright addresses the unique challenges faced by our target clientele. A key responsibility is to effectively position Flagright against established incumbents and competitors, highlighting its modern architecture, real-time performance, and scalability.
- • Beyond individual deal closure, you will play a crucial role in driving long-term account growth through expansions and upsells. This involves nurturing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement with Flagright's comprehensive suite of solutions. Your ability to build and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders within client organizations will be paramount to sustained success.
- • As a senior member of the sales team, you will also embody a player/coach mentality. This means setting a high standard for enterprise deal quality, the depth of discovery conducted, and the effectiveness of product demonstrations. You will be expected to mentor and elevate junior Account Executives and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) through constructive deal reviews and direct, actionable feedback. Your insights and experiences will be invaluable in refining our sales messaging, improving objection handling techniques, and contributing to the development of robust internal sales playbooks.
- • Collaboration is key to our success at Flagright. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, providing structured market feedback that directly informs product development and go-to-market strategies. During client evaluations and Proofs of Concept (POCs), you will act as a bridge between the client's needs and our technical capabilities, ensuring a seamless and successful engagement.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, high-performance team at a rapidly scaling Y Combinator startup. You will have direct access to leadership, influencing sales and product direction, and working alongside a world-class team with backgrounds from prestigious organizations like Y Combinator, AWS, and Palantir. We foster a low-bureaucracy, asynchronous communication culture that prioritizes execution, continuous learning, and individual ownership.
