- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the entire sales cycle for our cutting-edge SCM AI platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively generating pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential enterprise clients, understanding their unique supply chain and operational challenges, and articulating how Lyric's platform can deliver tangible business impacts and solve their most pressing problems. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships from initial contact through to closing complex, multi-year deals, often involving C-level executives and senior technical stakeholders. A key aspect of your role will be to contribute to the strategic development and refinement of the Lyric Land and Expand sales playbook and execution strategy, ensuring the effective implementation of a robust sales methodology. You will also be tasked with planning and providing regular, accurate forecasting across your assigned book of business, enabling the leadership team to make informed strategic decisions. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Lyric’s Head of Revenue and other seasoned team members to evangelize the value proposition of our unique SCM AI platform in the market, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Your insights will be invaluable in providing input to the ongoing direction of sales strategy, enablement initiatives, and the optimization of sales operations tools and workflows, including CRM, forecasting systems, lead generation tools, pipeline management processes, and outreach automation.
