- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to take ownership of and drive growth within a defined enterprise territory across the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will include building a robust sales pipeline, acquiring new enterprise logos, and expanding relationships within strategic existing accounts.
- • This role demands a full-cycle, consultative sales approach for enterprise clients (FTE 2,500+). You will be responsible for identifying complex technical and business needs, aligning with multiple stakeholders across client organizations, guiding them through evaluation processes, and ultimately closing high-impact deals ranging from six to seven figures.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong aptitude for selling to technical buyers, as our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) often includes developers. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and employ a structured sales methodology, such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, to achieve predictable and successful outcomes.
- • You will be tasked with owning and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets for your designated DACH enterprise territory. This involves proactively building pipeline, with at least 50% of opportunities being sourced directly by you through strategic outbound prospecting and meticulous territory and account planning.
- • A key aspect of this role is conducting in-depth discovery and qualification sessions, leveraging methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. This process will involve uncovering customer pain points, understanding the business impact, mapping out decision-making processes and criteria, and confirming genuine evidence of need before forecasting opportunities.
- • You will manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish, encompassing initial discovery calls, product demonstrations, technical validation and evaluation phases, proposal creation, navigating procurement and legal processes, and ultimately negotiating and closing deals.
- • A critical skill will be your ability to translate n8n's advanced automation and AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You will articulate how our platform can deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reduce operational risks, and accelerate time-to-delivery for our clients.
- • Success in this role requires orchestrating complex, multi-threaded deals involving various stakeholders, including champions, technical evaluators, security teams, procurement departments, and economic buyers. Your ability to maintain deal momentum and mitigate stall risks will be paramount.
- • You will be responsible for developing and driving mutual action plans with customers, ensuring clear next steps, defined milestones, and shared accountability from the initial engagement through to contract signature.
- • Maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene, ensuring forecast accuracy, and keeping detailed account notes within our CRM (Salesforce) are essential. Clear and timely communication regarding potential risks and upcoming steps is expected.
- • Close collaboration with our Solutions Engineering, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams is vital to accelerate deal cycles and ensure seamless handoffs for post-sale expansion and customer satisfaction.
- • You will represent n8n at industry events and within the market, building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across the DACH region. This may involve customer travel as required.
