- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Ontic Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s Connected Intelligence Platform to Fortune 1000 enterprises across the Western United States. This role is critical to expanding Ontic’s market presence in corporate and government security, where its software enables organizations to proactively identify threats, assess risk, and respond swiftly to protect people and assets.
- • You will own the full sales cycle within your assigned West Territory, from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
- • Ontic is a mission-driven security technology provider trusted by Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies to safeguard executive protection programs, threat intelligence operations, and corporate investigations through its unified platform that centralizes security data and streamlines incident response.

- • Day to day, you will research and identify new business prospects in collaboration with the Business Development team, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator and Outreach to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities in the F1000 landscape.
- • You will lead discovery conversations, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and facilitate solution discussions with multiple stakeholders, using consultative storytelling to articulate ROI and drive consensus among C-suite executives and security leaders.
- • Managing the entire sales process in Salesforce, you will accurately forecast opportunities, document interactions, and continuously refine your approach based on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and evolving customer needs in the corporate security space.
- • You will represent Ontic as a trusted advisor and domain expert at client sites, industry events, and virtual forums, reinforcing the company’s value proposition through thought leadership and consistent engagement.
- • Post-sale, you will partner with internal teams including Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding, value realization, and long-term retention, contributing to a 100% customer satisfaction goal.
- • Through ongoing learning and curiosity, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales methodologies, security industry trends, and complex organizational buying processes to sharpen your effectiveness as a hunter and trusted adviser.
🎯 Requirements
- • Five-plus years of experience in full-cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate long sales cycles, influence multiple decision-makers, and operate effectively within intricate organizational structures typical of Fortune 1000 companies.
- • Proficiency with core sales technology stack including Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, and Sales Navigator, coupled with strong executive presence and comfort presenting to C-suite audiences.
