  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Optro, you will drive significant impact by selling groundbreaking audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec solutions to Fortune 500 organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming risk management through innovation and strategic partnerships.
  • • Day to day, you will execute full-cycle sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing deals; collaborate with C-level executives to develop tailored solutions; demo products via video conference or onsite; work with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Customer Success teams; and develop partner ecosystems with Big 4 and boutique firms, with 25%-30% travel required.

  • • In this role, you will sharpen your executive presence, master complex SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, expand your professional network through industry events, and achieve top-tier performance by exceeding $1.3M–$1.7M annual quotas while growing alongside a high-impact sales team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Senior Manager or higher in a Risk Advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) of a Big 4 firm, OR 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions
  • • Ranked among the top 10% of salespeople in your current role with a consistent track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas reaching above $1.3M–$1.7M
  • • Proven ability to navigate complex SaaS deals, articulate product differentiators, and position against competitors using MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • • Strong executive presence, excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
