- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Delinea, you will drive net new sales into enterprise accounts, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and securing high-value deals that protect organizations’ digital identities.
- • You will create and execute territory and account plans, prospect for new opportunities, engage leads, collaborate with technical experts to articulate product value, manage sales pipelines, cultivate channel partner relationships, and leverage executive networks to win complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- • Delinea is a global leader in identity security, offering a cloud-native platform that secures human and machine identities with AI-powered intelligence, serving Fortune 500 companies and backed by TPG, with a culture rooted in innovation, integrity, and employee growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, master complex sales cycles involving C-suite and technical stakeholders, refine your ability to deliver executive and technical presentations, and advance your career through Delinea’s promote-from-within philosophy and investment in high performers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience as an enterprise software sales executive selling to companies with revenues over $500M, with direct client-facing responsibility.
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably within a cybersecurity or enterprise security company.
- • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise environments, including executive-level presentations and quarterly business reviews.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce and Clari, and familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close six-figure+ opportunities and build long-term relationships with business and technical decision makers.
