Enterprise Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Account Manager at BrowserStack, you will own, retain, and expand a portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise accounts (Fortune 500 / FTSE 100), driving substantial cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform revenue by positioning BrowserStack as the indispensable Continuous Testing Platform across business units, geographies, and product lines.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute multi-year account plans, conduct deep discovery to understand customer objectives and technical architecture, establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level and VP-level executives (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of QA), and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to deliver seamless customer experiences and execute complex expansion deals.

• • In this role, you will master enterprise expansion by driving adoption of BrowserStack’s complete platform suite (Live, Automate, Percy, Test Observability, App Automate, etc.), refine your strategic account planning and executive engagement skills, and achieve significant revenue growth while working in a remote-first environment with unlimited time off and equity participation.
