- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts, managing end-to-end relationships with high-value clients.
- • Drive client retention and expansion by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior and executive-level stakeholders, maintaining a professional, on-camera presence.
- • Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics to align solutions and drive value.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation, sales forecasts, and reporting within CRM systems.
- • Manage all client communications and interactions remotely, ensuring consistent, high-touch service across time zones.
- • Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track account health, pipeline progression, and client engagement metrics.
- • Conduct virtual client engagements using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams with a polished, professional demeanor.
- • Use Slack and Google Workspace for daily collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders.
- • Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and agreements using tools such as PandaDoc or DocuSign.
- • Schedule and organize client interactions and account activities using dedicated scheduling and account management tools.
- • Operate independently in a fully remote environment with high self-motivation, reliability, and accountability.
- • Adhere strictly to application requirements, including recording a video as the first step of the interview process—failure to do so disqualifies the application.
- • Represent the brand with credibility and professionalism in all client-facing interactions, reflecting the company’s premium positioning.
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with client schedules and internal team availability.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect consultative, post-sale account ownership principles focused on long-term partnership.
- • Maintain compliance with company protocols for documentation, reporting, and client communication standards.
