📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Replit, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for your assigned customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention while driving sustainable revenue growth through retention, expansion, and customer success initiatives.
• • Day to day, you will lead onboarding programs that accelerate customer time-to-value, guide customers through Replit's evolving feature set including Agent 3's autonomous capabilities and Plan Mode, execute renewal processes with a focus on expansion, maintain accurate customer health scores and renewal forecasting data in HubSpot, gather and communicate customer feedback, and optimize platform use through ongoing training and strategic guidance.
