  • • Own the full lifecycle of expansion for Street Context’s largest and most strategic accounts, carrying a clear expansion ARR target and translating that into quarterly and annual account plans that map every stakeholder, workflow, and revenue lever.
  • • Build and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships “high and wide” inside each assigned firm, running executive QBRs that celebrate wins, surface risks, and secure sponsorship for multi-year growth initiatives.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and new-product introductions; negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder contracts while protecting margin and accelerating time-to-value.
  • • Develop data-driven prospecting strategies that combine warm introductions, thought-leadership events, targeted campaigns, and cold outreach to penetrate new divisions, asset classes, or geographies within existing clients.
  • • Create and maintain living account plans that identify whitespace, map political power structures, and sequence expansion plays; socialize these plans internally so Product, Marketing, and Client Services can align roadmaps and resources.
  • • Partner daily with Customer Success Managers to monitor health scores, adoption metrics, and NPS; jointly own escalation paths and recovery plans that turn at-risk accounts into reference customers.
  • • Translate customer pain points into clear business cases and feature requests; champion the “voice of the customer” in sprint planning, pricing committees, and executive reviews to ensure Street Context’s roadmap drives measurable client ROI.
  • • Serve as a trusted capital-markets advisor—staying fluent in sell-side research, trading, and compliance workflows—so you can credibly quantify how Street Context’s insights translate into revenue lift, risk reduction, and competitive advantage.
  • • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations to audiences ranging from research analysts to global heads of sales; build consensus among technologists, compliance officers, and revenue producers with sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • • Forecast expansion pipeline with surgical precision; maintain real-time dashboards that give leadership visibility into commit, upside, and risk, and publish monthly narrative reports that connect numbers to strategic narrative.
  • • Continually level-up on product releases, regulatory shifts, and capital-markets trends; leverage internal enablement, external conferences, and peer networks to remain the smartest person in the room on how data drives trading profits.
  • • Model Street Context’s values in every interaction—transparency, curiosity, and respect—while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing playbooks that raise the bar for the entire revenue organization.
