  • • Delinea is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to drive net new sales within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector across the Midwest region of the United States. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to join a pioneering company at the forefront of securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. You will play a critical role in expanding Delinea's market share and revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new logo acquisition opportunities within a defined geographic territory.
  • • As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets by strategically selling Delinea’s comprehensive suite of identity security solutions to SLED customers and non-installed accounts. This involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement and needs assessment to complex negotiation and deal closure. You will be empowered to build and nurture high-level executive relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and understanding the unique business challenges and strategic priorities of each client.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional account team, including sales specialists, presales engineers, professional services, and customer success managers. Your ability to orchestrate these resources effectively will be crucial in delivering a compelling value proposition tailored to the specific needs of SLED organizations. You will be expected to develop and execute a personalized territory plan, identifying key agencies, contracts, systems integrators, and resellers that can benefit from Delinea's innovative solutions.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SLED market landscape, including familiarity with state contracts and procurement processes. You will proactively prospect within your assigned territory, pursue existing leads, and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners. A passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning are essential, as you will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and Delinea's evolving product offerings.
  • • Your responsibilities will include investigating and understanding the internal business challenges of potential clients, and passionately working to solve them with Delinea's cutting-edge platform. You will also be tasked with maintaining an accurate sales forecast, assessing revenue opportunities, and collaborating closely with Delinea's technical experts to ensure a winning strategy for each deal.
