- • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts in a geographic territory, preserving and developing customer relationships while highlighting Procore’s product value and deepening customer attachment to the platform.
- • Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure retention, increase spend through upsell and cross-sell, and coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and execute service agreements.
- • Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, obtain business requirements, maintain accurate forecasts and Salesforce data, and pursue competitor knowledge to effectively communicate Procore’s value proposition.
- • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce.com, and conduct periodic onsite client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
- • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- • Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model
- • Ability to develop trusted relationships and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base pay range: $109,200.00 - $150,150.00 USD annually
- • On-target earning range: $218,400.00 - $300,300.00 USD annually
- • Eligibility for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation
- • Remote work flexibility from any US location, with optional office presence in Carpinteria, CA or Austin, TX
