- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at Sanity, you will own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers, driving net revenue retention and expansion by positioning Sanity’s AI-powered Content Operating System as an indispensable partner in their digital transformation.
- • You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, leading consultative sales cycles, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring alignment between Sanity’s platform and customer business outcomes through deep technical and executive engagement.
- • Day to day, you will create and maintain detailed account plans with clear milestones, track progress against customer and company goals, monitor health metrics to proactively mitigate churn, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to surface insights and resolve challenges before they impact retention.
- • You will engage both business and technical stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into measurable ROI, driving adoption across teams, and influencing renewal and expansion decisions by demonstrating value at every level of the customer organization.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends in content operations, CMS, and SaaS, using this knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position Sanity as a forward-thinking, strategic enabler of agile content workflows.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback in product development, help shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute to the evolution of Sanity’s enterprise offerings based on real-world usage and pain points.
- • You will represent Sanity’s culture of innovation and customer obsession, embodying entrepreneurial spirit by defining processes, improving internal workflows, and contributing to a high-performance, trust-based team environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, technical solution selling, and customer success strategy, while building a legacy of long-term partnerships with iconic brands such as SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, and Nordstrom.
- • You will grow as a strategic advisor and revenue leader, mastering the art of balancing consultative empathy with aggressive growth targets, and positioning yourself for advancement into senior leadership roles within Sanity’s expanding global go-to-market organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in complex technical SaaS solutions
- • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, driving net revenue retention (NRR), and delivering account growth
- • Experience selling API-based, CMS, CPaaS, or PaaS solutions with domain expertise in content management or developer platforms
- • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Based in the greater London area
