- • Manage a portfolio of 100+ enterprise dental practice accounts across the UK, with a focus on parent accounts having 4+ locations
- • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive account planning, strategic customer engagement, and data-informed outreach
- • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, including selling additional scanners and activating more dentists within practices
- • Expand customer footprint by securing sales into new practice locations under existing parent accounts
- • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with dentists and key practice stakeholders through consultative solutioning and personalized communication
- • Negotiate commercial terms with clinicians by deeply understanding their operational goals, challenges, and feedback
- • Implement and refine churn reduction strategies based on customer insights, behavioral data, and feedback loops
- • Speak fluently in the language of dental clinicians, demonstrating a working understanding of dental practice operations and the digital dentistry market
- • Utilize dashboards and customer data to analyze account health, prioritize engagement, and tailor outreach strategies
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and retention experiences
- • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product enhancements and share learnings across internal teams
- • Experiment with tactics, talk tracks, and use cases to continuously improve retention and revenue growth outcomes
- • Attend in-person customer visits, industry events, and company offsites as required, with some travel anticipated
- • Maintain full ownership of your book of business, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for enterprise dental clients
- • Work fully in-office in London, UK, Monday through Friday, with no remote flexibility
- • Deliver exceptional customer experiences during critical moments of the client journey, blending service and sales expertise
- • Demonstrate a performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics, accountability, and measurable revenue outcomes
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly and iteration is core to success
- • Maintain a high volume of client calls, spending over 60% of your day communicating directly with dentists and practice managers
- • Show curiosity and determination to uncover root causes of customer challenges and translate them into actionable business solutions
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by testing new approaches and sharing insights across the organization
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in the dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a role directly interfacing with dentists
- • Proven track record of upselling and growing account portfolios in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
- • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium-sized businesses
- • Must be based in London, UK, with willingness and ability to work in-office 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- • Comfortable spending over 60% of the workday on client calls and deeply analyzing customer data via dashboards
- • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-paced change
