- ⢠As an Enterprise Account Technical Lead at Autodesk, you will partner with strategic AECO customers to help them realize their full potential by translating business challenges into technical visions that drive measurable outcomes.
- ⢠Day to day, you will lead technical discovery sessions, develop customer technical visions, design tailored solutions, coordinate technical specialists, build trust through consistent delivery, cultivate long-term technical partnerships, collaborate with Account Executives on cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and lead resolution of complex technical issues escalated by Customer Success.
- ⢠You will work within Autodeskâs Enterprise Customer organisation, reporting to the Senior Technical Sales Manager, supporting hybrid or remote work across the UK and EMEA region, and contributing to a culture of innovation where software enables greener buildings, smarter factories, and transformative design.
- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AECO industry challenges and Autodeskâs solution portfolio, sharpen your presales and technical consulting skills, influence stakeholder alignment across technical and commercial teams, and drive customer success through outcome-focused technical leadership.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Degree, education or equivalent work experience in AECO or Data and Platform solutions
- ⢠>8 years experience in customer-facing roles
- ⢠Fluent English; additional European language is a benefit
- ⢠Knowledge of the Autodesk solution portfolio (AECO â Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) is ideal
- ⢠Experience or interest in a sales-supporting function (e.g., presales)
- ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ⢠Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as a team player
- ⢠Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region
