  • • As an Enterprise AE, your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across non-federal public sector organizations. You will be instrumental in understanding their unique challenges, strategic objectives, and operational pain points, and then artfully positioning UiPath's cutting-edge Enterprise Automation Platform as the definitive solution. This involves not just selling a product, but architecting transformative outcomes that drive tangible business value and operational excellence for our clients.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the sales cycle. You will be a proactive hunter, diligently engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify new opportunities within your assigned territory. This requires a strategic approach to market penetration, understanding the nuances of the SLED landscape, and identifying organizations poised to benefit most from automation.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is developing and nurturing deep, trusted relationships at the executive level (C-suite, VPs, Directors) within client accounts. This involves consistent, personalized engagement, demonstrating a profound understanding of their business needs, and effectively articulating the compelling value proposition and significant Return on Investment (ROI) that UiPath's platform delivers. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through their automation journey.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and ensuring a smooth handover for implementation and ongoing customer success. This requires meticulous account management, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
  • • Accurate forecasting of opportunities is paramount. You will maintain a realistic assessment of your pipeline and ensure meticulous record-keeping within Salesforce (or similar CRM systems), providing clear visibility into your progress and projections.
  • • Meeting and exceeding assigned revenue goals is a core expectation. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing directly to UiPath's growth and market leadership in the SLED sector.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at UiPath. You will work closely with a dedicated Go-To-Market (GTM) team, including Sales Engineers who provide technical expertise, Developers who can showcase platform capabilities, Customer Success Managers who ensure client satisfaction and adoption, and Partner Managers who leverage our ecosystem. This cross-functional synergy ensures a comprehensive and compelling offering for our clients.
  • • You will be challenged to think differently and to help your clients envision new possibilities. Your consultative sales approach will involve asking insightful questions, challenging existing paradigms, and guiding prospects towards innovative solutions that address their most pressing business challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • • Recent and demonstrable experience selling specifically to State, Local, and Education (SLED) government entities.
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs, challenge conventional thinking, and articulate complex solutions effectively.
