- • As an Enterprise AE Manager at Sanity, you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth in the UK market, ensuring consistent performance through structured sales processes, disciplined pipeline management, and accurate forecasting—directly contributing to the company’s accelerated growth trajectory following its $85M Series C funding.
- • You will establish clear expectations, enforce accountability, and provide hands-on coaching to help your team prospect effectively, build pipeline coverage, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel with consistency, while strengthening the outbound sales motion to ensure predictable quarter-over-quarter results.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Enablement teams to align on go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and equip your team with the tools and insights needed to succeed, while feeding customer feedback back to leadership to inform product and sales strategy.
- • You will monitor key conversion metrics and pipeline health, intervening early when risks arise to maintain forecast accuracy and ensure the business has the visibility needed for strategic decision-making.
- • You will operate within a high-performance, scaling SaaS environment where structure and speed are both valued—applying lessons from larger technology organizations to build repeatable processes, while retaining the agility to adapt and execute quickly in a fast-moving startup context.
- • You will help shape Sanity’s sales culture by modeling a results-driven, process-oriented mindset that balances high performance with support, enabling long-term professional growth for your team while contributing to the company’s mission of transforming content operations through its AI-powered Content Operating System.
- • You will work with a globally diverse, mission-driven team of over 200 employees who are committed to innovation, customer success, and building a culture rooted in transparency, inclusivity, and continuous learning—where your leadership will directly impact both team effectiveness and customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and sustain structured outbound pipeline processes that generate predictable revenue and scale across teams.
- • Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, with experience using data to identify risks, intervene early, and maintain forecast integrity.
- • Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth environments, preferably combined with enterprise sales experience.
- • Experience working in both large, established technology companies and smaller, fast-scaling organizations, enabling you to bring structure without sacrificing agility.
- • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with a direct, execution-oriented style focused on building systems that scale.
