- • As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) focused on the Public Sector, specifically the Air Force, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and expansion of UiPath's Enterprise Automation Platform within this critical government segment.

- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with a cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) team, including Sales Engineers, Developers, Customer Success Managers, and Partner Managers, to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience.
- • This role requires a consultative sales approach, where you will challenge customers to think differently about their current processes and demonstrate how automation can unlock new levels of productivity and innovation.
- • You will own the entire sales process, from identifying potential leads and nurturing them through the pipeline to managing the final stages of invoicing and contract closure.
- • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments is essential.
- • You will leverage your consultative sales expertise to guide clients through their automation journey, positioning UiPath as a strategic partner in their digital transformation efforts.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for presenting complex solutions, negotiating contracts, and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
- • Recent and demonstrable experience selling to Federal Civilian Departments, with a strong preference for experience specifically within the Air Force.
- • Proven track record of successfully identifying and uncovering new business opportunities, both with prospects and within existing customer accounts.
- • Demonstrated success in consultative sales environments, with the ability to challenge customers and guide them towards innovative solutions.
