  • • Your primary mission as an Enterprise AE will be to cultivate and expand our customer base within non-federal public entities in the West. This involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and strategically positioning UiPath's Enterprise Automation Platform as the solution of choice for addressing complex challenges, streamlining operations, and delivering substantial Return on Investment (ROI). You will be the trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key decision-makers, guiding them through the transformative journey of automation adoption.
  • • What You'll Do At UiPath:
  • • **Strategic Account Management:** Develop and nurture deep, long-lasting relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders within your assigned SLED accounts. This involves understanding their unique organizational goals, pain points, and strategic initiatives to effectively align UiPath's solutions.
  • • **Solution Selling & Value Articulation:** Connect customers with the UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform, demonstrating how it can solve critical business problems, create significant efficiencies, and deliver measurable ROI. You will be adept at articulating the value proposition of our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • • **Full Sales Cycle Ownership:** Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and ensuring smooth invoicing. This requires a proactive and disciplined approach to pipeline management and opportunity progression.
  • • **Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:** Actively engage in outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SLED market. This includes leveraging various channels and methodologies to generate a robust pipeline.
  • • **Executive Engagement:** Drive the sales motion at executive levels within client accounts, building credibility and trust by understanding their strategic priorities and demonstrating how automation can be a key enabler.
  • • **Forecasting & Pipeline Management:** Accurately forecast sales opportunities based on realistic assessments of deal progression and maintain meticulous hygiene within our Salesforce CRM system. This ensures visibility and predictability for the sales organization.
  • • **Revenue Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue goals and sales quotas through effective territory management and strategic account planning.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner effectively with a diverse team of Go-To-Market (GTM) professionals, including Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Partner Managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • • **Consultative Approach:** Employ a consultative sales methodology, challenging customers to think differently about their operational challenges and guiding them towards innovative automation strategies that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • • **Market Expertise:** Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SLED market landscape, including key trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics, to effectively position UiPath's offerings.
  • • **Problem Solving:** Act as a trusted advisor, identifying complex organizational challenges and proposing strategic automation solutions that deliver significant value and competitive advantage.
  • • **Negotiation & Closing:** Utilize strong negotiation skills to navigate complex procurement processes and successfully close enterprise-level deals.
  • • **Continuous Learning:** Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and UiPath's product roadmap to effectively communicate the future of work to your clients.

You should possess a proven ability to uncover and develop new opportunities, both within existing accounts and with net-new prospects.
