📋 Description
- • This role is responsible for administrating the end-to-end process of reviewing, creating, and maintaining customer and legal agreements for the Medical and Dental divisions at Henry Schein, Inc., ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and modifying agreements; collaborating with Sales and Sales Operations on RFP/RFI responses; acting as a liaison with Corporate Legal; tracking agreement renewals and expirations; and ensuring compliance obligations are met across departments.
- • The role operates within a collaborative, process-driven environment at Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 healthcare solutions company, supporting sales and legal teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- • The analyst will develop expertise in contract administration, legal terminology, cross-functional stakeholder management, and agreement lifecycle management while building strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a regulated business environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of related experience or minimum 4 years of experience without a degree
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
- • Strong writing and communication skills
- • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
- • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- • Knowledge of key terms in RFPs and legal agreements
