  • • Join Nord Security Inc. as an Enterprise Applications Engineer, a pivotal role focused on shaping the future of our internal AI capabilities. In this mid-senior position, you will be instrumental in "productionizing" our cutting-edge internal AI tools, moving them from development to robust, scalable, and secure operational environments. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our AI-first transformation, building the foundational infrastructure that empowers our entire organization to leverage artificial intelligence effectively.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to architect, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for hosting, securing, and scaling all internal-facing AI applications. This involves a deep understanding of application deployment, cloud infrastructure, and the specific needs of AI workloads. You will not merely be a system administrator; you will be a builder, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to our technological advancement.
  • • You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our AI tools, which are essential for various business functions, including threat intelligence, product development, and operational efficiency. This includes setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
  • • Collaborating closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software development teams will be a core aspect of your role. You will translate their requirements into robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of their models and applications.
  • • You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security best practices for all AI applications and their underlying infrastructure. This includes managing access controls, data encryption, vulnerability management, and compliance with relevant security standards, ensuring that our internal AI ecosystem remains secure and protected.
  • • As we scale our AI initiatives, you will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable solutions that can handle increasing workloads and data volumes. This may involve leveraging cloud-native technologies, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, automating the deployment process and ensuring rapid iteration and delivery of new features and model updates.
  • • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to AI application performance, infrastructure, and integrations will be a regular part of your duties. Your ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions will be crucial.
  • • You will stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and application deployment, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
  • • This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on how Nord Security operates, enabling our teams to harness the power of AI to enhance our products and services, improve internal processes, and maintain our leadership in the cybersecurity domain.
  • • You will be a key player in our journey to become an AI-first company, ensuring that the technological backbone supporting our AI ambitions is robust, secure, and scalable. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of creating a safer cyber future for millions worldwide.
  • • The position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement in our AI infrastructure and taking ownership to implement necessary changes.
  • • You will be involved in capacity planning and resource management to ensure our AI infrastructure can meet current and future demands efficiently.
  • • Documentation of infrastructure designs, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines will be an important part of ensuring knowledge sharing and maintainability within the team.
  • • You will contribute to defining and enforcing standards for AI application development and deployment within the enterprise, promoting consistency and best practices across different teams.
  • • This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about AI and its potential, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can build and shape critical infrastructure.
  • • You will be empowered to make technical decisions and drive the implementation of solutions that align with Nord Security's strategic goals for AI adoption.
  • • The opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and data scientists, contributing to a product that has a real-world impact on online security, makes this a highly rewarding position.
  • • You will be instrumental in fostering an AI-driven culture by providing reliable and accessible tools for all employees.
  • • Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our internal AI platforms, supporting innovation and efficiency across the company.
  • • This role is about more than just maintaining systems; it's about building the future of AI enablement within a leading cybersecurity company.
