- • Enterprise Architect at Ironclad Inc. is a customer-facing advisory role focused on defining, evangelizing, and realizing business and technical architectures that maximize success for Ironclad, its customers, and partners.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers to understand their goals and advise on Ironclad platform solutions, advising implementation teams on high-value architecture practices, developing long-term advisory relationships with customers and partners, providing product team intelligence on business and technical drivers, and sharing expertise through Ironclad content channels.
- • The Architecture team at Ironclad serves as trusted advisors across the customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to deployment to operations—ensuring architectures drive business value and accelerate innovation in contract lifecycle management.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/LLM integration, and enterprise systems while shaping the foundational pillars of Ironclad’s vision for the future of contracting and influencing product strategy through real-world customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- • 8+ years experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
- • Deep understanding and direct experience with cloud architecture and modern platform concepts including SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud data and process integration, multi-tenancy
- • Knowledge of enterprise systems intersecting with digital contracting (CRMs, ERP, ITSM, Security/Trust/Risk, Data visualization, IdPs)
- • Solid understanding of enterprise application integration technologies (event-based integration, RESTful concepts, middleware approaches)
- • Experience with tools and techniques for enabling analytics, data-based insights, artificial intelligence
- • Good understanding of security processes, regulations, standards & challenges in cloud or hybrid applications
- • Articulate, consultative and pragmatic approach with mature written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfortable with AI/LLM configuration, prompt design, and evaluation, and related tools (i.e. Claude Code)
