- • Build the Enterprise Architecture function from the ground up to support SkyNRG’s scaling sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production operations.
- • Define and maintain the target-state enterprise architecture across IT, Operational Technology (OT), data, integration, and cybersecurity domains.
- • Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment across technical and business units.
- • Review and guide major IT and OT initiatives to ensure they adhere to architectural principles and support long-term business goals.
- • Design secure integration patterns between industrial plant systems and enterprise cloud platforms, including network segmentation and plant-to-cloud connectivity.
- • Embed cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory compliance requirements (including NIS2) into all architecture decisions from inception.
- • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and decision records to enable scalability and knowledge transfer as the company grows.
- • Collaborate across IT, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align technology strategy with operational and business objectives.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- • Shape the future of SkyNRG’s architecture practice by building structures, processes, and capabilities in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
- • Support the deployment of next-generation SAF production facilities by ensuring technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and operationally robust.
- • Work closely with industrial systems such as SCADA, DCS, MES, and historians to integrate plant-level data flows into enterprise-wide architectures.
- • Act as the primary architect responsible for ensuring technology decisions are secure, standardized, and aligned with regulatory and sustainability goals.
- • Contribute to the evolution of SkyNRG’s technology landscape by influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- • Drive the adoption of best practices in IT/OT convergence to enable real-time data utilization while maintaining operational integrity and safety.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT/OT Architecture
- • Experience defining target-state architectures, standards, and governance processes
- • Understanding of enterprise applications, integration, cloud, data, and cybersecurity concepts
- • Experience working with industrial or Operational Technology environments
- • Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains without direct authority
- • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions
