  • • As the Enterprise Banking Lead at TransUnion, you will be the pivotal strategic leader responsible for cultivating and expanding our most critical relationships with Tier 1 banking institutions.   • • You will own the full Profit and Loss (P&L) for your assigned Tier 1 banking clients, with a clear mandate to deliver multi-million-pound revenue and margin growth. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive banking strategy that fosters sustained product expansion and deepens our market penetration within these key accounts.
  • • A core responsibility will be leading complex, high-stakes deal negotiations and renewals. Your objective will be to maximize commercial value for both TransUnion and our banking partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive long-term success.
  • • You will serve as an executive sponsor, building and nurturing strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the C-suite and risk functions within these Tier 1 banks. This requires a sophisticated understanding of their business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • • A key aspect of the role is aligning TransUnion’s cutting-edge data-driven solutions with the transformation agendas of our banking clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities where our expertise in fraud, identity, risk management, and automated decisioning can solve their most pressing problems.
  • • You will play a crucial role in influencing TransUnion's product roadmap by acting as a conduit for client advocacy and market insights. Your feedback and understanding of the banking landscape will be instrumental in guiding product development and innovation.
  • • The role demands strong leadership in directing the sales cadence, ensuring accurate forecasting, and providing transparent performance reporting at the deal level. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven approach to sales management.
  • • Driving CRM discipline and transparency is paramount. You will leverage Salesforce and internal frameworks to maintain accurate client data, track progress, and ensure a unified view of client engagement.
  • • You will be responsible for unifying diverse cross-functional teams within TransUnion – including sales, delivery, product, legal, and marketing – around a shared vision for client success and innovation. This collaborative approach is essential for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • • A significant part of your mandate will be to unlock new revenue streams through bold strategic initiatives and by identifying and penetrating new areas within the banking sector where TransUnion's solutions can add substantial value.
  • • You will champion an increased focus on client satisfaction metrics and the effective utilization of Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to continuously improve our service delivery and strategic alignment.
