📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Billing Experience Manager (BXM) at Prompt, Inc., you will serve as a critical technical billing partner for the company’s largest and most complex B2B SaaS customers in the rehab therapy space, directly impacting customer success and product evolution by bridging frontline billing challenges with engineering and product teams.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Prompt’s billing and reporting suite to troubleshoot intricate workflows, support enterprise clients during scaling phases, and ensure accurate, timely resolution of billing-related issues through proactive pattern recognition and cross-functional advocacy.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare technology company that is redefining outpatient rehab operations by digitizing paper-heavy processes, reducing reliance on narcotic-based treatments, and enabling therapists to treat more patients with less administrative burden.
- • You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Billing Success Managers (BSMs), Product, Engineering, and Success teams to translate real-world customer feedback into actionable engineering tickets, feature requests, and use cases that shape the future of the platform.
- • You will contribute to internal knowledge scaling by improving documentation, identifying recurring billing patterns, and helping prioritize product improvements based on customer impact, urgency, and strategic value.
- • You will participate in regular enterprise customer calls to troubleshoot billing workflows, discuss product logic, document follow-up actions, and ensure stakeholders receive clear updates on issue resolution and upcoming enhancements.
- • You will advocate for enterprise customer needs by surfacing insights from billing interactions to drive proactive product optimizations and workflow improvements that enhance the overall billing experience at scale.
- • You will operate in a dynamic, remote-first environment where ownership, initiative, and continuous learning are valued over rigid hierarchies, and where your ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously will directly influence your impact and growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA) — required to understand the clinical context behind billing workflows and customer pain points.
- • Highly analytical mindset with superior ability to troubleshoot, test use cases, and diagnose software issues in a billing or SaaS environment.
- • Strong ability to translate complex customer problems into clear, actionable product feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
- • Comfortable interacting directly with customers in professional settings, including participation in client calls and technical discussions.
- • Proficient in MS Excel — essential for data analysis, tracking billing patterns, and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
- • Self-motivated, proactive learner capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision and occasional after-hours demands.
