- • As the Enterprise Business Development Executive - MH Communities at Zippymh LLC, you will serve as the primary growth and strategy leader for Zippy’s most critical channel: community operators in the manufactured housing space. This role is pivotal to scaling Zippy’s mission of making manufactured home financing simple, fast, and fully online by expanding and optimizing the partner network that drives loan volume and market penetration. You will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships — from initial outreach and contracting to long-term retention and performance optimization — directly impacting Zippy’s ability to serve over 22 million Americans living in manufactured homes and address the affordable housing crisis through innovative lending solutions.
- • Day to day, you will identify, engage, and contract new community operator partners while expanding existing relationships through additional community activations; serve as the senior relationship owner for key enterprise partners, driving strategic alignment, revenue expansion, and long-term success; lead strategic business reviews and performance planning sessions to ensure mutual goal setting and growth initiative execution; manage the complete onboarding workflow for new partners and communities, coordinating legal, financial, and compliance documentation with Risk, Accounting, and Operations teams; deliver platform training and process enablement to ensure confident adoption of Zippy’s technology; track and analyze partner performance via Salesforce and internal dashboards, reporting on market share, application volume, and funded loans; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to streamline onboarding, reduce friction, and advocate for partner needs; own partner lifecycle optimization through co-marketing initiatives, retention strategies, and satisfaction tracking; support conference strategy and execution by evaluating events, securing meetings, and managing team agendas; and lead recurring partner portfolio reviews, translating complex credit and servicing data into actionable insights on delinquency, defaults, roll rates, and vintage trends to inform underwriting and operational improvements.
- • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven team headquartered in Dallas, TX, with an office in Tempe, AZ, and team members spread across cities including Houston, Knoxville, Omaha, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and beyond. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in manufactured housing finance, channel partnership strategy, and enterprise relationship management while building a scalable partner network that directly increases funded loan volume and market share. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience in channel development, business development, or enterprise account management, ideally within fintech, mortgage, or SaaS.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage both new business acquisition and senior-level partner relationships.
- • Strong operational and compliance understanding, with the ability to manage documentation-heavy onboarding processes.
- • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through strategic relationship management and expansion.
- • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking partner data and performance.
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; comfortable influencing across teams and at the executive level.
