- • Own the end-to-end positioning and sale of the UK & Ireland benefits portfolio on Kota’s platform, acting as the go-to SME & mid-market benefits authority for pensions, health, group life, income protection and flexible perks.
- • Translate complex regulatory and product nuances into crisp, compelling narratives that help Account Executives and BDRs win new logos and expand existing accounts—your voice is the one prospects remember after the call.
- • Build and continuously refine a library of battle-tested collateral: one-pagers, ROI calculators, objection-handling sheets, competitive teardowns and internal training decks that cut ramp-up time for new sellers in half.
- • Shadow, review and score every sales-benefits call; surface patterns, coach reps in real time and propose A/B experiments that lift conversion rates quarter over quarter.
- • Distil field intelligence—feature gaps, pricing sensitivities, carrier pain points—into concise product briefs that directly shape roadmap prioritisation and carrier negotiations.
- • Design and execute product-led growth motions such as automated uplift campaigns and cross-sell plays; track funnel metrics, document learnings and socialise wins across GTM, Product and Leadership Slack channels.
- • Partner with Marketing to turn regulatory changes (e.g., pension auto-enrolment thresholds, IPT shifts) into timely thought-leadership content that positions Kota as the definitive voice in modern employee benefits.
- • Collaborate with Expansion, Customer Success and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth hand-offs, accurate scheme set-ups and ongoing policy servicing that delights clients and keeps churn at zero.
- • Represent Kota at industry events, broker breakfasts and virtual roundtables, building a personal brand that feeds the top of the funnel and deepens our carrier relationships.
- • Travel up to 20 %—London, Dublin, European off-sites and client HQ visits—to whiteboard solutions, run discovery workshops and strengthen the human connections that SaaS alone can’t create.
- • Contribute to a culture of radical transparency: share weekly “Win, Learn, Change” updates, mentor junior team members and champion diversity of thought in every meeting.
- • Within 90 days, deliver a repeatable framework that maps client objectives to Kota’s modular benefits stack, cutting proposal turnaround time by 30 % and increasing win-rate by 15 %.
- • Within 6 months, co-author the 2026 UK Benefits Playbook—a living document that becomes the single source of truth for Sales, CS and Product—ensuring language, positioning and compliance stay perfectly aligned as we scale.
- • Within 12 months, graduate into a Principal Benefits Consultant or Team Lead role, owning a P&L line and shaping Kota’s entry into new European markets.
