- • As a Technical Account Manager at Metriport, you will serve as the technical bridge between production customers and the product, ensuring customers continuously extract maximum value from the platform while building trust that drives natural expansion.
- • You will own customer health as the north star metric, drive value-led growth by identifying expansion opportunities through full product utilization and measurable ROI, evolve with customers by monitoring usage to uncover underused features, and build cadenced customer efforts through structured check-ins and proactive engagement.
- • You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Founding Engineer, and Customer Success team to elevate account management efforts, create and implement new Customer Success processes, automated monitoring systems, and tailored touchpoints with customers in production.
- • Metriport is an open-source healthcare data intelligence platform enabling real-time patient data access and exchange across major US healthcare IT systems, serving 300+ million individuals, with multi-million ARR, 100+ customers including Amazon One Medical and Strive Health, backed by top VCs and operating with high autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and a sustainable intensity culture rooted in founder-led execution.
- • You will learn to navigate complex healthcare IT environments, deepen expertise in FHIR/HL7 standards, influence product direction through customer insights, and develop scalable customer success frameworks in a high-growth, founder-led engineering culture where output is measured and ownership is paramount.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar, with exposure to formal or informal technical sales activities.
- • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret API documentation and translate technical concepts clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders in both directions.
- • Proven track record as an expert relationship manager who combines technical fluency with deep account ownership to drive customer value and expansion.
