  • • As an Enterprise Business Development Manager (Hunter) at Perseus Group’s Optimal Blue division, you will drive revenue growth by selling complete mortgage capital markets technology solutions to enterprise-level lenders, helping them optimize pricing accuracy, margin protection, and operational efficiency across the mortgage lifecycle.
  • • Day to day, you will consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas by developing C-level relationships, identifying prospect business problems, collaborating with pre-sales technical teams to customize solutions, and effectively closing deals using the company’s sales methodology while maintaining a high-quality pipeline through disciplined prospecting and follow-up.
  • • You will join a mission-driven team at Optimal Blue, the only partner offering end-to-end mortgage capital markets technology, where your work directly enables lenders to gain competitive advantage through data-driven decision-making and streamlined operations in a rapidly evolving financial services landscape.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mortgage industry dynamics, refine advanced consultative selling techniques, master enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and gain exposure to cutting-edge fintech solutions — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and top performer in enterprise SaaS sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of relevant B2B consultative sales experience selling to enterprise-level organizations in either a SaaS environment or the mortgage industry/mortgage software space
  • • Ability to forge, develop, and maintain productive relationships with prospects at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
  • • Skilled in articulating the value and differentiation of Optimal Blue solutions through strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities
