- • Be the engine behind Portcast’s fastest-growing revenue channel. As Enterprise Channel Partnerships Associate you will sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer success—turning high-stakes conversations with global logistics giants into signed, recurring contracts.
- • Own the partnership pipeline from first handshake to signed MSA. You will map the ecosystem of 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and enterprise shippers across Asia-Pacific, identifying which relationships can unlock multi-million-dollar ARR and which need a lighter touch.
- • Prepare and polish every asset that moves a deal forward: one-pagers, ROI calculators, bespoke decks, legal redlines, and trial success plans. Your work will be the first thing a C-level prospect sees and the last thing they reference before signing.
- • Run end-to-end customer trials that convert. You will translate complex predictive-analytics use-cases into 30-, 60-, and 90-day pilots, set measurable KPIs with prospects, configure data feeds, coordinate internal data-science and engineering resources, and deliver weekly progress reports that keep executives engaged and excited.
- • Act as the air-traffic controller for every live opportunity. You will maintain a razor-sharp HubSpot pipeline, forecast accurately, flag blockers before they stall momentum, and orchestrate follow-ups so that no conversation ever goes cold.
- • Shadow and then lead negotiations. Initially you will support the Sales Director and CEO in late-stage discussions; within 12 months you will quarterback your own enterprise partnerships, pricing discussions, and legal negotiations—closing six-figure ACV deals independently.
- • Translate market feedback into product insight. After every prospect call or trial review you will distill objections, feature gaps, and pricing sensitivity into crisp briefs for the product team, directly shaping the next sprint and the next release.
- • Champion Portcast’s culture externally. Whether you are presenting at TPM Asia, hosting a dinner for regional freight forwarders, or recording a two-minute demo for LinkedIn, you will embody our values of Curiosity, Ownership, Raising the Bar, and Effective execution.
- • Build a personal brand in supply-chain tech. We will support you in publishing thought-leadership posts, speaking at webinars, and becoming the go-to voice on predictive logistics in Southeast Asia—accelerating both your career and our pipeline.
- • Measure success in concrete outcomes: 80 % of your trials convert to annual contracts, average deal size grows 30 % quarter-over-quarter, and you personally source and close at least three net-new enterprise partnerships within your first 18 months.
