- • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to GE HealthCare’s most critical enterprise customers, leading account planning and acting as a change agent within assigned accounts.
- • Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned to customer priorities, integrating GEHC’s capabilities across Imaging, AVS, PCS, and Service into a unified Care Alliance roadmap.
- • Translate enterprise account strategy into quarterly priorities and opportunity plans that the account community can execute with clarity and alignment.
- • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with C-suite and key hospital executives, anticipating evolving needs and shaping customer decision-making as a strategic partner.
- • Present complex clinical, technical, and commercial information clearly and persuasively to executive decision makers, both verbally and in writing.
- • Act as the single point of contact and decision maker for enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment on engagement protocols, roles, timing, and messaging across all GEHC teams.
- • Connect customers to the appropriate internal GEHC resources to address needs and resolve challenges while maintaining strategic coherence and message discipline.
- • Lead and align cross-functional teams around account priorities, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and operating cadence to drive execution.
- • Coordinate with USCAN and Global Segment teams and Sales GMs to ensure appropriate front-line seller engagement and resource allocation.
- • Identify and shape large-scale enterprise opportunities, collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions team to design strategic deals such as Care Alliance or Care Pathway constructs.
- • Lead cross-segment alignment to improve win rate, deal velocity, and customer confidence in GE HealthCare as a strategic partner.
- • Own funnel health and conversion metrics within assigned enterprise accounts, driving performance in Enterprise Solutions funnel, Share of Wallet, Visibility rate, and Win rate.
- • Deliver outcomes with explicit accountability for price discipline and value accretion, protecting margins and avoiding relationship-driven discounting.
- • Hold internal stakeholders accountable for cross-functional outcomes impacting the enterprise relationship, including cash collection, issue resolution, and delivery commitments, using influence and escalation pathways as needed.
- • Reside within the assigned geography (Nashville) and travel within the territory as required to support customer engagements and internal alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging OR 8+ years experience in medical sales
- • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information to healthcare/hospital C-suite decision makers
- • Demonstrated ability in leading direct teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate across multiple complex stakeholder groups and successfully shape outcomes
- • Reside within the assigned geography (Nashville) and be willing to travel within territory as required
