- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Kodex Inc., you will be a primary point of contact for high-impact enterprise clients from post-sale through renewal, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth by ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive issue resolution, and strategic alignment with customer business objectives.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer journey, including setting implementation timelines, managing account plans, triaging and escalating technical issues, advocating for customer needs within product and engineering roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Business Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver a unified experience.
- • Kodex is a remote-first U.S.-based company (EST hours) that provides a secure platform for handling government data requests, trusted by industry leaders like Coinbase, Stripe, and AT&T, and backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator. As the third CSM on the team, you will help scale foundational CS systems, playbooks, and processes while shaping the customer success operating model.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic account plans, drive adoption and renewal outcomes, build deep relationships with enterprise stakeholders, and use data to innovate customer engagement at scale — gaining ownership, impact, and visibility in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, including 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- • Experience managing enterprise-level customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- • Proven track record of delivering customer and business outcomes in an innovative way
- • Excellent communication and executive presence — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute across multiple accounts
- • Experience building internal processes, customer playbooks, or contributing to CS tooling is a plus
