  • • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager specializing in the Federal sector, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and value realization for Invicti's key government clients.
  • • This role is pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships by leading all post-sales activities, from initial onboarding and adoption to ongoing engagement and strategic account management.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of federal enterprise customers, building strong, trust-based relationships that drive retention and expansion.
  • • A core responsibility involves acting as the 'voice of the customer' within Invicti, advocating for their needs and translating their feedback to internal teams.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Development teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
  • • Your strategic planning and execution will be key to retaining long-term partnerships, independently managing customer renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • • You will be tasked with achieving and exceeding quarterly metrics related to customer retention, successful price increases, and upselling initiatives.
