  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the outreach strategy for key accounts, meticulously modeling strong outbound execution. This involves not just making calls and sending emails, but deeply understanding the intricate dynamics of healthcare organizations, their challenges, and how Abridge's AI-powered platform can deliver transformative value. You will be expected to design and implement comprehensive outbound and nurture programs, ensuring a consistent and compelling flow of qualified leads into our sales funnel.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the analytical and iterative nature of campaign management. You will be tasked with rigorously analyzing the performance of your outreach efforts, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Definitive Healthcare to track key metrics, identify trends, and refine messaging. This data-driven approach will enable you to optimize campaigns for maximum impact, ensuring that our outreach resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the unique benefits of Abridge's technology.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying potential bottlenecks within our sales development processes and proactively proposing innovative solutions. This includes helping to establish and refine the processes required for efficient lead qualification, engagement, and handover. Your ability to build structure in a fast-changing environment, even without extensive pre-existing playbooks, will be highly valued. This is an opportunity to contribute to the foundational development of our revenue function.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to establish clear alignment on qualification criteria, follow-up expectations, and feedback loops. This partnership ensures a seamless transition of qualified leads and a unified approach to account penetration. You will also partner directly with the Key Accounts Sales Director, providing critical support in penetrating larger, more strategic accounts and driving our go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients.
  • • Furthermore, you will be involved in driving the legal and contracting processes for smaller affiliated organizations within larger strategic accounts. This intricate work supports the expansion of Abridge's footprint within these key accounts, demonstrating your ability to manage complex, multi-faceted sales cycles and contribute to significant revenue growth.
