- • As an Enterprise Engagement Manager at Unframe AI Inc., you will lead the delivery, adoption, and success of Unframe’s AI solutions across its largest enterprise customers, turning tailored AI concepts into working solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- • You will own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts from post-POC rollout through expansion, partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans, orchestrate stakeholders across business, IT, and data teams, define and measure success through adoption, usage, and business impact tracking, lead enablement and training sessions, ensure project velocity by coordinating internal teams, identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases, and provide structured feedback to shape the product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
- • You will join Unframe’s Product Growth team, a hands-on, product-minded group backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, focused on redefining how companies deploy AI in production by building AI products that actually get used.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI deployment, strengthen your ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, enhance your business-technical fluency, and drive measurable impact by enabling customers to operationalize AI solutions at scale, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in enterprise AI transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager
- • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms with digital transformation elements
- • Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver under tight timelines
- • Business-technical fluency to translate between executives, engineers, and users with ease
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (Hebrew a plus)
- • High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
