📋 Description

• Serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers during the pre-sales journey, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to demonstrate the value of the AI-powered code review platform.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to interpret customer business objectives and translate them into tailored technical solutions that align with CodeRabbit’s capabilities.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and high-impact Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to showcase how the CodeRabbit platform enhances software development efficiency and quality.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires with accuracy and depth, ensuring alignment with enterprise compliance and risk requirements.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams by providing structured feedback on pain points, feature gaps, and usability issues to drive product improvement.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging AI-powered development tools, and advancements in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to inform customer conversations and internal strategy.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of internal documentation, including playbooks, implementation guides, and best practices for pre-sales activities.
• Support the smooth transition of customers from pre-sales to post-sales by providing contextual handoffs, documentation, and operational insights to Customer Success teams.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders including developers, engineering leads, security teams, and C-level executives to articulate technical value in both technical and business terms.
• Utilize command-line interfaces confidently to navigate, test, and troubleshoot platform interactions during customer engagements.
• Work across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to understand customer infrastructure contexts and align platform capabilities with deployment environments.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning by proactively acquiring new technical skills, sharing knowledge with peers through mentorship, training, and shadowing sessions.
• Contribute to internal tooling improvements and process optimizations that enhance pre-sales efficiency and customer experience.
• Operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, shifting priorities, and evolving product features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders
• Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
• Comfortable working with commandline
• Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
