- • As an Enterprise Growth Account Executive at Flexera Software LLC, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth within a curated portfolio of enterprise accounts. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building and expanding relationships with both existing customers and new logos, ultimately contributing to Flexera's ambitious growth strategy.
- • You will be entrusted with managing a defined set of enterprise accounts within a specific vertical, such as Hi Tech, Trade and Transport, Insurance, or Healthcare. This involves a dual focus: nurturing and deepening relationships with current clients to maximize value and identify expansion opportunities, while simultaneously executing targeted strategies to acquire new enterprise customers.
- • Your primary accountability will be to consistently meet and exceed your annual sales quota. This will be achieved through a combination of proactive and strategic prospecting, meticulous account planning, and accurate sales forecasting, ensuring a predictable and robust revenue stream.
- • Success in this dynamic role hinges on your ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team. You will work hand-in-hand with Solution Engineers, Business Development representatives, Channel partners, Marketing teams, and other internal Flexera stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- • Prospecting will be a key component of your role, requiring you to employ a variety of lead generation techniques across a broad spectrum of accounts. The goal is to uncover new business opportunities and build a consistently strong sales pipeline that fuels future growth.
- • Establishing trust and credibility with both prospective and existing clients is paramount. This involves demonstrating a profound understanding of their unique business challenges, industry trends, and strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions that resonate with their specific needs.
- • Conducting thorough needs assessments will be crucial to identifying the core pain points, challenges, and objectives of each account. This deep dive will enable you to tailor Flexera's powerful SaaS solutions to address these specific issues effectively.
- • You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of Flexera's solutions, clearly demonstrating how they can solve complex client challenges and deliver tangible business outcomes. This requires a deep understanding of the Flexera One platform and its capabilities in areas like Hybrid ITAM and FinOps.
- • Fostering and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within your target accounts is essential. You will leverage established sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to effectively navigate complex account dynamics, understand decision-making processes, and build consensus.
- • Collaboration with Pre-sales, Channel, and Alliance teams will be vital in developing and delivering compelling presentations, impactful product demonstrations, and tailored proposals that showcase Flexera's competitive advantages.
- • Accurate forecasting of opportunities and consistent delivery against sales targets are non-negotiable. You will maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and reporting, providing clear visibility into your sales activities and projections.
- • You will be adept at addressing customer objections and concerns, proactively offering solutions and building confidence. This requires a resilient and problem-solving mindset, ensuring that potential roadblocks are overcome smoothly.
- • Navigating and overcoming common barriers related to technology migration, cost optimization, security concerns, and performance issues will be a key part of driving successful outcomes for clients. Your ability to provide strategic guidance in these areas will be highly valued.
- • Negotiating favorable pricing and contractual agreements that align with both Flexera's business objectives and the client's expectations is a critical aspect of closing deals and ensuring long-term partnerships.
