  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned enterprise clients, meticulously managing multiple concurrent implementation projects from their inception through to successful closure. Your accountability extends to delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • • Collaborating closely with your Delivery Manager, you will ensure that each phase of the client's implementation is executed on time and to the highest standard, fostering long-term client success and maintaining positive sentiment.
  • • A core responsibility involves leading comprehensive scoping and discovery sessions. Through these engagements, you will deeply understand and meticulously document each client's unique business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • • You will be instrumental in configuring the ServiceTitan environment to precisely meet these documented needs, ensuring alignment with ServiceTitan's established best practices and maximizing the platform's potential for the client.
  • • Delivering effective and tailored training to clients is crucial. You will empower client teams on the various functions of the software, developing customized training resources for client-specific workflows as needed, while consistently reinforcing ServiceTitan standards and recommendations.
  • • A proactive approach to risk management is essential. You will identify and escalate potential client implementation risks early, working collaboratively with product, leadership, and your Delivery Manager to devise and communicate effective solutions.
