📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant at Samsara Inc., you will be part of the Enterprise Customer Success team, responsible for guiding the company’s largest customers through deployment and adoption of Samsara’s IoT platform to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in their physical operations. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for strategic customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they gain continuous business value from Samsara’s solutions.
• • Day to day, you will manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale enterprise customers, create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage, track implementation progress and account health, run training sessions, demonstrate technology, troubleshoot with executives and end-users, juggle multiple customer engagements, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
