  • • As an Enterprise Marketing Manager at Gurobi Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by designing and executing highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies focused on the company’s largest enterprise accounts in the U.S. market, directly contributing to new logo acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and competitive conversions in high-value segments.
  • • You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and global Marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring seamless execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives that drive pipeline creation, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal velocity across key verticals such as finance, energy, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing integrated ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, webinars, and personalized content experiences; managing campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking; collaborating with sales to identify target accounts and buying committees; creating tailored messaging and assets that resonate with C-suite, technical, and procurement stakeholders; and measuring and reporting on engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • • You will also support global marketing efforts by sharing insights and best practices from U.S. campaigns with EMEA and APAC teams, contributing to the refinement of global ABM playbooks, and helping adapt strategies for regional nuances while maintaining brand consistency and messaging integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in ABM, digital marketing, or marketing analytics preferred.
  • • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts (typically $100K+ ACV).
  • • Demonstrated experience working closely with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including joint planning, account selection, and feedback loops.
  • • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including campaign setup, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and performance reporting.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, derive insights, and optimize performance using data from web analytics, intent platforms, and engagement tools.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting personalized, role-based messaging for technical and executive audiences in industries such as finance, manufacturing, or logistics.
