- • Own a focused portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities from initial outreach through commercial close and long-term expansion for prediction market infrastructure built on UMA and Across protocols.
- • Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional counterparties including regulated financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, derivatives businesses, and fintech infrastructure providers.
- • Lead commercial and technical conversations independently with business, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders across enterprise organizations.
- • Translate enterprise requirements into actionable product and technical feedback for internal teams including product, engineering, and legal.
- • Partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and leadership to navigate technical diligence, compliance considerations, and commercial structuring for institutional integrations.
- • Drive enterprise integrations from early technical scoping through production launch, ensuring alignment between institutional needs and protocol capabilities.
- • Help shape Risk Labs’ enterprise go-to-market strategy for prediction market infrastructure by identifying key verticals, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
- • Represent Risk Labs externally in strategic conversations, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships to build credibility and awareness among institutional participants.
- • Operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical product understanding, and regulated financial market infrastructure with no direct reports but high ownership over outcomes.
- • Navigate complex regulatory environments relevant to institutional trading, including familiarity with U.S. frameworks such as CFTC, DCMs, and DCOs.
- • Engage with blockchain architecture, APIs, and smart contract systems to evaluate technical feasibility without requiring heavy engineering support.
- • Contribute to defining how regulated and enterprise participants engage with emerging prediction market infrastructure as a new category of financial market tooling.
- • Deliver meaningful enterprise revenue against commercial goals within the first 12 months by closing and expanding strategic institutional partnerships.
- • Ensure enterprise integrations are launched successfully, enabling institutional users to reliably utilize UMA’s optimistic oracle and Across’s intents-based interoperability layer.
- • Operate independently in ambiguity with high autonomy, prioritizing initiatives that align with company mission and long-term infrastructure vision.
- • Act as a bridge between institutional customers and internal technical teams, ensuring product development reflects real-world enterprise needs in regulated environments.
- • Contribute to Risk Labs’ cultural values of curiosity, openness, integrity, iterative learning, smart risk-taking, and high agency in all stakeholder interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, technical commercial roles, or similar
- • Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals with sophisticated institutional buyers
- • Strong technical fluency and comfort leading technical product conversations independently
- • Ability to understand APIs, system integrations, infrastructure concepts, blockchain architecture, and technical implementation workflows
- • Strong product judgment and ability to translate customer requirements into clear product direction
- • Excellent executive communication and commercial judgment
