- • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our enterprise product surface. This pivotal role is dedicated to empowering large, multi-location organizations – such as franchises, regional networks, and national brands – to effectively deploy and manage Hatch at scale. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and build the foundational primitives that enable enterprise clients to standardize, govern, and roll out AI agents across hundreds of their distributed locations, all while maintaining robust central control and oversight.
- • **What You Will Own:**
- • **Template Management & Governance:** You will design and implement a sophisticated template system that empowers enterprise administrators to create, version, and distribute standardized AI agent configurations throughout their entire organization. This includes building critical governance controls such as granular permissions, multi-stage approval workflows, and comprehensive role-based access management. A key aspect will be enabling template inheritance, allowing for central standards to be enforced while providing controlled customization options for local flexibility, striking the perfect balance between uniformity and adaptability.
- • **Multi-Org Workspace Architecture:** You will take ownership of the organizational hierarchy model, defining how parent organizations, child organizations, regions, and individual locations are structured and managed within Hatch. This involves building intuitive and powerful admin consoles for the provisioning, management, and real-time monitoring of these complex workspaces at scale. Furthermore, you will design and implement robust Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and permission models that operate seamlessly and securely across all organizational boundaries, ensuring a unified and controlled user experience.
- • **Safe Rollout and Deployment Tools:** A critical component of your role will be to create sophisticated tools for the safe and efficient rollout and deployment of changes and updates across large, distributed workspace footprints. This ensures that new features, configurations, and agent updates can be implemented across hundreds or thousands of locations with minimal disruption and maximum confidence.
- • **Enabling Enterprise Scale:** Your work will directly impact Hatch's ability to serve the largest and most complex customers. You will be instrumental in developing the product capabilities that allow these organizations to achieve significant operational efficiencies, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, and leverage AI agents to drive substantial revenue growth.
- • **Driving Product Strategy:** You will contribute significantly to the product strategy for the enterprise segment, identifying key opportunities and challenges, and translating them into a clear product roadmap. This involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- • **Customer Engagement:** You will engage directly with enterprise customers, understanding their unique needs, pain points, and strategic objectives. This direct interaction will inform product development and ensure that Hatch's enterprise offerings are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with market demands and customer success.
- • **Measuring Success:** You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your product initiatives. This includes metrics related to enterprise onboarding speed, template adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and the impact of enterprise features on deal velocity and expansion.
- • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to support enterprise sales cycles, provide product expertise, and ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing success. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients.
- • **Innovation and Future-Proofing:** You will continuously explore innovative solutions and emerging technologies to ensure Hatch remains at the cutting edge of AI customer service for enterprises, anticipating future needs and building a product that is both scalable and adaptable.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on enterprise or multi-tenant B2B products.
- • Proven experience in building complex admin consoles, sophisticated permission systems, or multi-organization architectures.
- • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and procurement processes, including navigating security reviews and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- • Ability to design products that cater to two distinct user personas simultaneously: the corporate administrator seeking control and standardization, and the local operator requiring flexibility and autonomy.
